An Emergency Pediatric Dentist You Can Count On In King Of Prussia, PA

I have severe anxiety from a dental experience in the military and have had panic attacks in a dental office so bad that I’ve passed out. I am so very thankful that I found this practice!! The dental assistants are AMAZING and the dentists are PHENOMENAL! I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist office as I am here. They are so compassionate, caring and understanding.I’ve been to other practices where they have no regard for your comfort and could care less about your anxiety over dental work. I had one dentist at another practice literally shove a tool into a cavity on a tooth that I was already feeling pain in, this was after I politely asked that he just not touch that tooth without it being numbed first. He actually yelled at me that he couldn’t “treat” me unless he could feel how deep the cavity was. It sent a ridiculous pain right through my jaw and I literally got up and said no f’ing way I’m staying here. I ended up at KOP for that tooth and the experience was night and day different.I have had both Dr. Soffin and Dr. Pickel and they are the best. They are very cognizant of your comfort, pain level and the work they do is excellent. Both are super nice gentlemen. It is very relieving knowing that I can finally get the dental treatments I need without having the anxiety that I used to.

I have been a longtime dental patient of KoP Dental. Jen has been my Dental Hygienist for years. She makes you feel instantly right at home. Her dedication and knowledge of the field is unmatched!The staff is also friendly and welcoming. Lots of laughs through the years!

I have been a loyal patient of Jenn C for many, many years. She is always on time, organized, thorough and effective. She can answer any dental questions and can even solve some minor woes. She is wonderful.

Highly highly recommend. Came in this morning for a root canal. Novocain does not work for me and I cannot tolerate nitrous oxide. To say I was anxious would be an understatement. Dr Soffin really took his time with me to do some troubleshooting before ultimately deciding a root canal wasn’t the way to go (thank god). He really took his time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. He called in Dr Rapine for a second opinion and not only did he agree with Dr Soffin, he also offered some new insights. You can tell these guys are pros at what they do. I felt cared for and listened to. Shout out to Jo Ann, the dental assistant who I can only describe as the ’emotional support lady’ I needed. You guys were awesome!

The office staff is very friendly and welcoming. Checking in and out were very easy and organized. Dr. Neuman is very personable as well as a great dentist. This was my first visit to this office and will definitely be back.

Dr. Rapine is the best. Betty Ann is knowledgeable, friendly, supportive. My dental care has been challenging and compounded by my anxiety issues which Dr. Rapine and staff have managed over the years with patience and creativity. I am forever thankful and grateful for the care I have I received.

Amazing practice from the woman who answered the phone to the woman who said goodbye after the visit! I was in pain and scared to go, they were the kindest and most understanding group I have been around in a long time. Work is complete and I have found a new dentist. Best thing the doctor was so amazing I did not even feel the needle and I was getting a root canal. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
